How do credits work?
1 credit covers 10 minutes of audio documentation. Every plan renews its credits monthly - the Forever Free plan includes 25 credits a month, and paid plans range from 75 to 500 credits a month.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Forever Free gives you full access to the console with 25 credits a month, no credit card required - and you can try the console before creating an account at all.
Which currency will I be billed in?
Your region's currency, detected automatically - prices display and bill in it at checkout across 12 supported currencies; everywhere else you are billed in US dollars.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime from the console; your plan simply runs to the end of the paid period. Enterprise plans with custom volumes and dedicated support are also available.
